I tune the entire Maf table with the wideband. Your 100 mm Maf is fine, don't worry about the lower Hz.

I finished the VE up to 85kPa & 4000RPM using LTFT+STFT, and finished 85kPa-100kPa to redline using lambda. Going to work on MAF tomorrow.

I notice my WOT kPa is erratic, bouncing between 94-102 during the WOT pulls. Am I losing much power with that restriction? I have a Fram paper filter (new on 2/19/14),Fast Toys 85mm lid, 105mm screened MAF, 92mm Nick Williams TB & a Rick Crawford modified LS3 intake. I had a Fast Toys Ram Air system early in the cars life but removed it a couple of years ago for better cooling on an open track. How would I go about isolating and reducing that restriction?

Here's the calibration I ended up with.

Primary VE: Used LTFT+STFT to calibrate 0-85kPA, 800-4000RPM, smoothed this section once. Used Lambda to calibrate 90-100kPa 800-6800RPM, interpolating any missing cells. Tried to manually fill in the remainder of the VE table based upon 4000RPM column & PE rows. Made 105kPa a few % higher than 100kPa because I didn't hit those cells. Copied with labels to Secondary as necessary. What percentage error is acceptable during daily driving, +/- 3%?

MAF: Used LTFT+STFT through 5000Hz & Lambda the remainder up through 8875Hz, couldn't get any higher Hz even after being forced into 5th gear. Did not perform any smoothing. How smooth should the MAF Airflow be at WOT? It seems to bounce with the apparent intake restriction I have noticed with the kPa at WOT. +/- 3% error acceptable here also?

Spark: Removed instances of spark from high octane table as needed and tried to blend with surrounding cells. Copied to low octane table.

The car seems snappier with the MAF only than it does with VE only.
