well, if i must admit. these are values that frost came up with using educated trial and error. he posted i stole. worked killer for me. i have the banish data but at the time truck ecus did'nt have access to the transient fueling table so this was the work around. i also used it at 43psi

try this. be cautious. i just remembered that i used an ebay 2 bar map and i had to calculate slope and offset and it was goofy. also turbo is a china gt45 so small compressor. you may want to use the ve from the first tune as the map sensor is the same as yours and the fuel supply stuff from the second. sorry just remembered that goofy map

Ok. I did the OS upgrade to the 2 bar.. plugged in the sensor that I bought at Oreillys as a MAP sensor for an 06 Cobalt SS.. and it runs terrible.. Put the hacked up 1 bar cal back in and it runs better.. still not good..

Any chance the 2bar sensor from Oreillys isn't correct? That it's actually a 1 bar sensor?

    Thanks,

It is the wrong sensor.. I double checked it thru the borg warner site.. Its a 1 bar.. I had Oreilly's order the correct 2bar map for me It will be here tomorrow.

In the mean time Im fixing a muffler leak and trying to get all of my dash gauges working.. I will report back with how it runs once the 2 bar sensor is installed.

    Thanks Robby

Ok, So I'm back at this thing. Now working on the same harness and injectors with a GenIV 5.3 block with front tone wheel cam sensor. 24x tone wheel swap. Same accessories and turbo. Now it's a 4L80 automatic and has a BTR Stage 1 turbo cam.

Just dug up my tunes and updated HPT.. hopefully I can make some progress on a base tune and get this thing started this weekend.
