    2005 Ford Mustang GT not entering O/L

    Hi guys got a strange one here

    05 Mustang GT 4.6l V8

    No matter what i do, i can not get the car to enter O/L (power enrichment) and use the O/L fuel table, the car will run 14.7 AFR no matter what I do
    Our Dyno has dual Wideband and readings were taken pre CAT and post CAT

    I have tried
    O/L delay
    Set to full time O/L by disabling 02 sensors (setting max temp so 02 sensors wouldnt work), still shows AFR 14.7/Lambda 1 on our dyno
    Set fuel rail pressure via pcm (40,50,60,70,80 psi) checked with a high end fuel pressure tester
    Increased maf curve up to 75% (02 sensors pull back to 14.7 AFR)
    Scanner reports C/L, commanded EQ 1 no matter what TPS, load etc

    Any ideas?

    Set Open Loop Fuel TPS Thresh vs. RPM to all zeros. This should force it into open loop so you can test further.

    Thanks Eric

    I set the CL 02 sensor temp to 2257 Celsius yesterday whilst testing, not sure if this was the right way to force OL but the scanner reported it was in OL but would not go richer than Lambda 1 (14.7 AFR)

    UPDATE

    I did as Eric said and forced open loop via the TPS thresh vs RPM table
    The car now follows the open loop fuel table, i then scaled the MAF to get the requested Lambda to that in the O/L fuel table, so now spot on

    This is very weird that it wont come out of C/L when enabled
