    2005 Tahoe

Hello, I purchased a HP tuners setup many many years ago and I just got a new 2005 5.3l 2wd bone stock Tahoe. Does anyone wanna write me a tune? I just want slightly improved performance as well as tranny tuning. I am open to pay. Let me know if anyone is interested.

    Learn how to tune yourself???
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

Yeah I dont know how or even know where to begin. I figured if I could get a tuned file I could compare and let the learning begin.

I'm sure there are plenty of guys that will do email tunes for you for a fee but you'll be hardpressed to get anyone to just write you a tune free of charge. Good luck in your quest though.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    Hi Bill!

As stated in my first post, I don't mind paying someone for their time.

What are some of the basics to tune to wake a stock 5.3l up?

Basically it's all about logging and seeing what the vehicle likes. There is a lot of tuning info on the web.

If I do some logging is there anyone who could read it and point me in the right direction?

Happens every day lol. Be patience and ask specific questions on what you are trying to achieve.
