Idle:Trailblazer SS ls3 swap

This tbss has an ls3 swap, with 236/252 cam at 113, and I can't get this truck to turn on without hitting the gas pedal...once it turns on i have to rev it a bit then it catches and idles fine. When i put it in reverse or drive, the rpm's surge a bit around -+150 rpm. The truck is becoming very frustrating. Any help? the truck has ford green top injectors... i disabled the VE table since it doesnt even turn on with the VE enabled... this pcm doesnt seem to have many idle parameters, may be a primitive e40

What kind of air flow meter is this truck running?
Also the ECT scalar looks wrong, along with the real high numbers on your starup airflow numbers
Where did you get the injector data for the green tops?
Idle over and under speed tables have a lot of initial timing trim...
