What's needed to swap over to newer E38 with no 512 or 63 Ifr limits?

I have an 2006 Z06 with E38, but would rather not have to scale for the bigger injector's, and the maf limitation of 512.

So, the newer OS E38's don't have these limitations, so what would I need to change?

Just buy a newer e38 PCM, and have it programmed to my car?

I have HP Tuner's, and don't mind using 2 more credits to flash my current tune into a new pcm.

IF anyone has another suggestion or solution, please post it. I just prefer to not have to resort to scaling if at all possible.

You'll need a new abs module, new gas pedal, and EFI Live to change the VIN every time you want to start the engine. However, you'll have to put a 2010 VIN in every time you want to flash with HP Tuners.

Long story short, it's not practical, especially since the custom OS fixes the airflow limit and scaling isn't that hard.
