closed loop issue

Can someone take a look at my tune and log. Having an issue where it is running way rich. The oxygen sensors are saying it is lean and STFT is going to 50% but oxygen sensor readings are still lean.

Engine is missing and running like general crap..

Tune is attached. One log with engine not running and one starting cold up to closed loop temp.
