HELP!! Won't go to commanded A/F at WOT in Closed Loop

Hello all,

I am new to the board and Hp Tuners. I have some questions about a tune I'm working on for my 2006 Hummer H2. I have everything completed as far as tuning drivability and timing and MAF. When I make a WOT pull on the vehicle in open loop i have an A/F of 11.5/1. As soon as I put the car in closed loop drivability and everything is good but if I go to WOT it stays at 13.5/1 until 4000 RPM then goes to 11.5/1. Would you guys mind taking a look at this tune file and see if there is something simple I am missing that could be causing this problem. The car is a 2006 Hummer H2 with a magnuson supercharger on it, everything else is stock.
