Question 'Safety Mode' at WOT, no DTCs

    Hi all!

VE Commodore V6, cammed and turbocharged, recently started giving me trouble...

All is well until you mash the throttle, the car picks up and gets to about 4500rpm (sometimes 3500rpm) before the electronic throttle cuts power and 'Safety Mode' & 'Reduced Power' flash on the dashboard.

I find it strange that it's not accompanied by any other errors, no DTCs, ESP and ABS remain on.

To fix it, I turn the car off, turn it back on a second later, and it's good to go again.
Some days it's worse than others, occasionally it won't go into Safety Mode, but never more than twice in a row.
It happens with the transmission cold, hot, engine cold, hot. I can't seem to pinpoint what factors cause it.

I've attached a log file, the action happens at 3:40-ish.

    I'd love some expert advice!

More than happy to buy anyone that can help me get to the bottom of this a case of their favourite beverage

Attach the tune and config. My bet is your exceeding airflow limits by tps/rpm and you need to increase a few tables.
