I have the MPVI Pro and have used it a lot, last time was about 3 months ago. Today my laptop with Windows 7 was dead so I tried to install on mt 8.1 laptop and it failed. Found my charger and figured I'd plug in and go tuning but when I plugged in I get the same error. It said installing device drivers as if I never used it before. SO I tried to reinstall the drivers and updated to framework 4.0. Still no go... In device manager I see only one unknown device under USB controllers. When I right click and update the drivers I see 3 options, A, B and CDV. I've tried all 3 and see "Windows found the drivers but encountered an error while attempting to install" Below it says "The device cannot start (code10)".
I tried on another Windows 7 laptop and same thing. Getting frustrated now. Never do I see 2 USB in device manager. I've installed the drivers countless times before. Can someone help?
