What is the best ECM for Standalone setup with a LS1

Well very new to the HP Tuners Software and tuning engines, just ordered the Pro Package and have a GM 411 ECM on my Sandrail,

This question is for the standalone wire harnesses,

so if I am using this standalone with 2 O2, maf and the standard sensors, does it matter what ECM to use,

Also what is the difference in the 1999-2002 ECM,s I have just seen the ones listed on Chevy Thunder,

on the type of application we only use Standard Transaxles with no VSS,

Attached is a picture of the application rony big.jpg

I find many advantages to running the 2003+ 1 meg PCM

The 1 meg PCM is faster and easier to tune. I also use the newer O2 sensors this allows the PCM to control the O2 sensor heaters giving the PCM more information

If you have a throttle cable you need one listed in the green.

I use 12569429 they run under $50 each
    12587785 will work also.
If you need adapters or new harness side connectors I can get you the part numbers for them also.
