ISO a Whipple base for a Raptor 6.2. Customer truck here and had lots of issues. Tune was locked and I started over from scratch and used a tune I'd put together for a Roush supercharged Raptor... Everything works great, idle, shifting, cruising... BUT I am fighting an issue with bypass valve surge at part throttle around 30 percent. I am scratching my head on this and changed LOTS of stuff.
It is a Stage 1 kit, 2.9l, 60mm twin throttle body, lu47 injector base kit. Just need to get this throttle/bypass issue fixed. I Figure someone has a base file laying around so I can see what I am missing...
