So I have been trying to figure out why the car is so hard to start, keep running, etc. This is a swap vehicle so I don't have a BCM to tell me i'm in reduced power mode, but after some research it appears the p0641 will cause the REP to kick in. Not sure if I fried the PCM or if I got hosed by the seller (bought it on a forum). I was getting 8v at the map gray wire, I tried switching the wires to two different 5v signal pin (a/c and evap) and they were putting out 6v. So I decided to try a new PCM.
I'm looking for one of the resident experts to give me an early xmas gift and check out my tune to make sure i'm not going to fry the next pcm. I'm thinking I may have transferred data from a different operating system which may have fried it (again just reading on other posts). I have pulled data from all different tunes and places to get started.
This is a 2004 silverado PCM and engine, I am running the DBW pedal with TAC from an 04 silverado as well.
Not sure if it is necessary but here are a few details:
Running 3 bar SD, no MAF, no narrowband o2 just ngk afx wideband
Stock bottom, turbo cam/springs LQ4 with TBSS intake, ls7 silver tb with x link, IAT in intake behind throttle body
s480, meth injection, 80# siemens, aeromotive afpr at 58 psi, eboost2, RX monster catch can
Truck accessories, 145 amp with TONS of grounds
Also I may have overlooked, but I always "write entire" and was wondering if I should only be using "write calibration"
Thanks for your time, the support on here is amazing, I hope I can contribute one day
