04 sierra electric fan swap but stay on low settings help

i recently installed 05+ electric fans with a nelson performance electric fan harness and retuned the truck with fan #2 settings but the fans stay on low speed all the time even when fan temperatures have been exceeded and same thing when i turn the a/c on... anyone know how i can fix the problem? i followed the instructions that came with the harness for 03/04 installation http://www.nelsonperformance.com/fan...s-instructions

can anyone help me out thanks

What thermostat do you have in it?

I looked at your tune and you have Fan1/Fan2 on temp at 170 and off temp at 165. Your truck will never run that cool....

    The Nelson instructions state this:

    Fan Operation stock thermostat:
    Low speed ON: 200 / OFF: 198
    High speed ON: 210 / OFF: 206

For 180deg thermostats, values are roughly 4degs lower than a stock stat.

    Fan Operation 160deg thermostat:
    Low speed ON: 182 / OFF: 180
    High speed ON: 188 / OFF: 185
