    Impatient much?

I believe those are the GM OS id #'s for the PCM as well as the body control module, ABS module, VATS module and etc. I know the segment 1 is the PCM. Don't know which is which beyond that.

    Hello Dexter.
I do not have an answer for your question.
I will be watching this one because I will probably be doing a fuel segment swap in the near future.

    got it.

    Segment 1 : Operating system
    Segment 2 : Engine calibration
Segment 3 : Engine diagnostic calibration
    Segment 4 : Transmission calibration
Segment 5 : Transmission diagnostic calibration
    Segment 6 : Fuel system
    Segment 7 : System calibration
    Segment 8 : Speedometer calibration

The easiest way to remember this is to look at the editor, the order of which each segment is listed on the top bar is the order they are in under the calibration details screen....

OS, Engine, Engine Diag., Transmission, Transmission Diag., Fuel System, System, Speedo

Same goes for the calibrations, each of those sections edits that particular segment so when you do a segment swap you are basically copying everything from the downer segment to your file. This is why when doing segment swaps the main operating system must match so that the parameters are addressed correctly.
