99 Caviler L4 Disabled VASTS now i lost intrement panel gauges

I just did a smile program for a guy on his 1999 Caviler L4 2.4L . He had a VATS issue, car wouldn't start. I disable VAST B, changes fan temp, and speed limter. Now I lost fuel gauge, temp gauge, and battery light stays on. But it starts now. Soo what gives. Im not understanding why i lost my gauges. Any ideas?

I modified the stock file from the car. All i did was turn off VATS B, changed speed limiter, and fan temp. I have attached Stock file and modified file.

The vehicle theft system in this car works off the cluster.
If you were having a VTD system fault I would suspect the cluster is NFG and needs replacing.

NFG?? not up on my short term phrases. lol Customer said he was having a starting issues sometimes. Start and die. He has not reported back with the issue anymore. Just that his gauages stopped working after i flashed it. Should i enable VATS B and see if they come back? And if soo, whats that mean? Or is it just a fluke and the cluster died when i flashed it?

    NFG No Fuc%ing Good

Disabling Vats should not cause this, I think its time for a new cluster.

Also make sure the Battery ground on Battery tray is there and good.

This ground can cause several cluster issues.
