2 Bar map maxing out at 105kpa?

We are tuning a customers Custom Weld boat with a Supercharged 6.0. Boat came to us not running well. I installed a PCM from a 2002 Express van and upgraded to a 2 bar OS. I am having two issues currently...
    1. MAP sensor is only reading up to 105kpa under full boost of 7psi.
    2. Cylinder air mass is only reading up to 32 g/cyl.

I have searched and obviously I am not using the correct search key words to receive the information I need. I have a feeling these issues are related?

    Thanks,
    Rory

log the 2 bar map sensor pid.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Bill, what data are you looking for? In order to log this I need to put the boat back in the water. I was hoping to figure this out before heading back out.
    Thanks

I'm not looking for any data, I'm just telling you what you need to do ie log the 2 bar map pid.

Oh. You are right, initially I was not using the 2bar pid. But since have been, however the g/cyl only goes to 32 and map still max out early and cause the timing to drop to 0?

    Thanks for the help.

    Bill,
I verified the 2 bar pid on my scanner, I did not have it set up correctly, but did try to "load vehicle defaults" which loads the 2 bar pid. Now I am getting 0.00 (key on not running) for MAF and MAP readings, also hooked up a pump to the MAP and see no changes in the displays?
Do I lose resolution on the timing maps which use G/Cyl for load instead of Kpa?

Delete the maf pid that you likely still have in your table display(as outlined in the help file www.hptuners.com/help which is a must read for all users new and old alike).

As it says in the HELP file I have deleted the maf pid. Here is a scan file with with 10psi applied to the map.

So what you are saying is if I start the engine (which I can't until I put the boat back in the water), the MAP sensor will begin to read correctly? I understood that the MAP should show current atmosphere (i.e. around 99kpa at my altitude) while in KOEO? Here is a log with the std. PID (non 2bar), you can see at 5.5sec the scan max at 105kpa (pressurized map to 10psi).
Also, what about the timing map and G/CYL as load?

    Thanks

Looks normal for not logging the correct pid.

So, again with 2bar pid the MAP should read 0 KOEO?

    Ok, great.

Any thoughts on why the tune will pull all the timing out above atmosphere?

Once you get the correct pids working post a scanner log & the .hpt file.
