Assistance please asap, Procharged CTSV closing ETC when WOT

Need some quick help here on something I cannot figure out and wanted to see if someone can see something im missing.

Car is a stock motor, cammed, 05 CTSV with a D1SC at 7#.

Tune is spot on, dyno good, timing is good, afr is good, driveability is great.

Only issue is it closes the ETC at 5800-6000 in every gear.

From what i can tell i have disabled or maxed out:
- Traction control is off
- All engine TM
- Limiter is at 6600
- P1514/P0068 parameters
- Disabled above codes
- MAX Cylair Max
- PO121 Min and Max
- maxed P0106 Error Max

All no change, what am I missing? Customer is a couple hours away and I need to figure this out

also if it helps, it seems to be an airflow error issue im not finding. i can gradually bring the car up to 6600 rpms with slow acceleration, but WOT in boost the throttle closes at about 5700-5800 in every gear

I'm pretty sure airflow is cutting BEFORE throttle is cutting, look at frame 757, MAP is already down to 82kpa but TPS is still reading 100%, to me it sounds like the intake track is closing in on itself, I would start there as it doesn't look like an ETC cut.
