Getting a code scanning but no MIL light on the dash? Gliche with HPTUNNERS or Real?

I just happen to be logging and checked my DTC while scanning and I have P0327 Old,Current, Imature.

The weird thing is I have no MIL light or check engine light illuminated on the dash. I went and checked the DTC settings and it is not disabled and is set to report on second error. So I leave the p0327 in for a while and the the error is still there. But the odd thing is the DTC blinks in and out from no DTC reported to the P0327.

Do I really have a P0327 or is this a glich with HP Tuners?

Is this false or real? No timing is being pulled either.

Does the SES box have a check mark in it? If so it should set the light? Does the light work during the KOEO bulb check?

Ok, I just hated to replace anything with most guys reporting that at least they get a MIL light(check engine light).

Yes the box is checked, No KOEO bulb check done. I unplugged the MAF sensor and set it to first error and the MIL light came on just to do a check or test to see if the MIL light is working.

It just sucks, this new motor has about 2000 miles on it, and 2 brand new Knock sensors with harness and 1 sensor is already bad? My stockers had 150,000+ on them and still worked on the other engine.

    Update:

I changed both Knock Senors a/c delco's and even got a new harness from GM. The car drove fine, then P0327 came back. When I had the intake off and inspected the valley, I found not moisture or oil inside the knock sensor wells. P0327 is back. Would a lean condition cause it to throw a code? Bad O2's? I noticed my O2's have not been switching like they should lately.

I don't know WTF it is now. Any takers or gurus?

"Immature" means it's faulted but not enough times in
a row to set the MIL (P0327 takes 2 key-cycles, each
seeing a fault, before setting the light).

Excessively lean could cause a lot of pinging but I don't
know whether pinging alone suffices to set a code. The
description indicates that a lack of activity is the fault
    signature.

how are your knock sensors set up, if you have desensitized them too much it can cause this issue possibly

The settings are stock, I have not touched any knock sensor or burst knock tables.
