    Anyone have this issue?

New hard drive was put in my laptop, installed HPT and went to read my tune. Sat for the 17 minutes it took and received this window when it was done...

Anybody know what to do when this happens?

Might need to uninstall HPT, clean up the registry with a freebie like Trashreg then reinstall. I'd remove the drivers too. When all else fails contact [email protected]

Save all your histos & configs, ect before you dump it.

    Interesting, please email support.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Bill has been handling this issue with me thru emails. Its kinda weird how this happened, 2 weeks before this issue I was tuning it with no issues. But were getting there! At least I have a vcm id now lol

I sort of have an idea what the issue is, basically older versions of the public software builds had the pcm's classified incorrectly as E77 so our software designer fixed the classification issue but in doing so apparently had some adverse effects, my advice would be to simply install software built prior to Oct. 1st 2013, if you do not have one of these older versions email support and I'll see if I have one and post it up on the server on monday as a temp fix.

Here is the build from Oct 23rd, this should be just a few days before the internal changes were made you'll likely need to copy & paste the entire link into your browser http:///files.hptuners.com/support/msi/VCM Suite(1).msi

New 2.24 build up on your customer page to test guys, hoping this will fix it once and for all. Please email me with your results, both good or bad.
