yes I have set vats to PWM also checked all4 of its p codes for vats
but nothing works car starts for 2 seconds and kills fuel pump is running but inj pulse is killed MIL light flashes for security can some please help me
same car has charged me 4 credits for same car
Might want to post your tune.
also log the vats status bit in the scanner, this will tell you if its a vats issue or not.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Adjusting for vats will do nothing for you if the cylinder has gone bad. Swap the ignition cyl with a "known good one" and I bet your troubles vanish in the night. I had this issue with my Grand Am and this was what finally fixed it.
I work at a GM dealership, and one of the mechanics had a cylinder in his tool box that he gave me, swapped it over and two years later still working perfectly. And yes, vats was properly disabled the entire time
