PID.6210 (Injector Flow Rate) not working

I have a 2002 PCM and the Injector Flow Rate (PID.6210) is not giving meaningful data. It stays between 5.30 and 5.00 with the higher number at idle.
Does my PCM output this value? Or what else might be wrong?

Also what exactly is SEN.112 (Injector)?
It reads around 3.0g at idle and 14.0g at WOT.
(I know it is related to injector duty cycle which reads correctly.)

I am trying to calculate the Injector Flow Rate from SEN.112. And then ideally the instantaneous MPG.
(I run SD with no MAF.)

    Thanks.

Change the units to lb/hr. Flow rate should increase with lower MAP values.
