Turbo LS1 idling issue

I am trying to get my car to idle stoich and it initially starts at 14.7 when cold for a few seconds and then falls to 12.5 to 13.0. After it runs for a while at that AFR my iac counts start surging up and so does my idle. Taking fuel out of my ve table doesn't lean it out any.

I am running 80# SD injectors. TC78 turbo. I have attached my logs and tune without some injector data. The first log is my warm idle with the surging with config. The second log is cold start up with config. Third is the tune

You cant zero out the short pulse adder and offset vs volts vs kpa. They must be populated with correct data to get those injectors to work.
