Need help with baisc tune LS3/6L80 and 1900 Magnacharger/paddle shifters

I'm new to tuning and have jumped in head first!!!! I should have my HPTuner software by this weekend. Here's what I'm working on. I've got a 2013 LS3/6L80 (out of a Camaro SS) and a TVS1900 that I have put in a 68 C10.

Here's the mods and updgrades to the engine:

    TVS1900 Magnacharger Supercharger
    mechanically deleted the VVT/AFM
    LS9 Map sensor
    Competition Cam 269LRR HR13 (specs below)/dual springs/7.4 pushrods.

    80lb Siemen injectors
Aeromotive A1000 pump with a 10AN feed, split to 8AN to feed Holley fuel rails. Aeromotive boost referenced fuel pressure regulator with 8AN return line.
    Doug Thorley 1 7/8" mid-length headers
    Corvette electric pedal
    Speartech Wiring Harness
    Vintage Air
    Dual electric fans
    stock thermostat

The transmission is stock. I'm going to run ShrifterSix paddle shifter setup. I would like to use the 2013 Corvette TCM tune, because I have been told it works the best with the paddle setup.

OK, so what am I trying to do? I would like to get a good base tune that is safe enough to drive while I continue to work out the bugs with the install. I then plan on taking it to Tampa Tuning to get a good dyno tune. Thanks for all help in advance.
