The NA motor are known for have tons of KR stock, it just something they do.
Though seeing above 10 is kinda worry some.
Things that can help are:
91+ gas, it helps more than you think.
New spark plugs, don't run anything but iridiums or copper plugs.
Clean the MAF sensor and throttle body real well with the correct cleaners.
Use a whole can of seafoam in the gas tank to help clean the injectors out.
Make sure motor mounts are still in good shape, you don't want anything moving to cause false knock.
Mods you can do to help even more:
3in downpipe will do tons to help it.
A powerlog front manifold will help too, or you could buy headers.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
