Maggie to Turbo. What tune to build off of?

Hi. I am getting my HP Tuners on Tuesday and I am going to start tuning my car. This is my first time. I have been reading and reading on the basics. I have a 2004 M6 GTO. My car was tuned with a MP112 Magnacharger, full exhaust, and cam. I took off the maggie and went with a TC78 single setup. Still has the same cam. Changed from MAF to a 2 Bar setup. My question is should I load a stock GTO tune and build off of that or stick with the tune it already has flashed and build off of that one?

I would build off a stock tune. That way you won't discover that some unknown tuner did something weird in the tune you're working from. Or worse, you might never discover that there is some strange aspect to your base tune that may cause issues.
