What are Normal TCC Slip RPM and TCC Slip % Numbers?

I can scan my transmission TCC Slip RPM and the Slip % but the trouble is I don't know what would be good or bad if I seen it.

I'm looking at a stock converter in a 2005 Silverado 4L60e converted to a 4L65e with a Sonnax performance pack and their super hold servos with good frictions and such.
No transmission tuning.

What should I see or not see as far as numbers at cruise for starters.

At cruise with the converer locked? If so it should stay at 1 to -1 mainly on 0

I take it this one is pretty much toast.
Cruising with the converter commanded locked.
Screen clips from hot and cold scenarios on the same stertch of road near the same speed.
