startup idle flare too high when cold...

A noob question here.

I have an ls1 with a truck intake and an 05 truck ecm. I ported the tb a bit, and when i start it when cold, it revs up to around 2200 holds for a second then slowly comes down. I would like it to rev to 1200-1300 when cold and slowly come down. Any help with which table i need to change? The truck runs perfect otherwise and starts up fine when it warm.
