How do I get PE to kick in immediately at WOT?

I have played with the PE settings, but I can't find one that will immediately allow PE to kick in at WOT. There is about a half second to 1 second delay before the AFR changes to PE. You can feel it "kick in". The problem is that if I command PE at track from the dig, I consistently see 1/4 mi. ET's of .2-.3 quicker than if I were to let PE kick in automatically. I have PE enable settings like rpm to 500, etc. Something is keeping it from kicking in immediately. I can post tune file and log if you think it's necessary.

What is the setting for the enrichment ramp in?

Maybe I'm tired from working all day but I'm confused with the question.

Directly under the PE tabs, there is an enrichment ramp in rate. Set that number to 1 or higher for immediate enrichment.
