3 bar enhancement now won't rev over 1800rpm

Here's the rundown of the car:
    68 firebird
    stock 2003 5.3 with a 99 Silverado ecm
ls1 intake w/ aftermarket fuel rails and boost reference regulator
    42lb injectors
    76mm turbo

We just got this car running and it ran fine before I did the 3 bar enhancement. Now the issue is that it will not rev over 1800 rpm or whenever you crack the throttle, just goes lean. I've tried to add 30% more fuel where I see it go lean on the VE but it isn't helping. I also see in the log that its commanding 12.xx afr in some of the areas when I do try to rev it. I attached the tune. I would have attached a log but I must not have saved it before coming home. I'll post one later today.

The car is able to pull in and out of the shop but I'm ready to hear this thing scream. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

Does it sound like its hitting a limiter at 1800 or it just wont rev past that? Will be hard to tell whats going on w/o a log. BTW you need to check your boost enrichment table before getting into boost at all. Every cell is commanding 14.7 under boost at the moment.

Ok, the linear and offset values are different then I have seen. They could very well be right, I would just confirm them.

Did you do a "write entire" after converting the tune to 3 bar?

I sure did. I was messing with it last night and did a write all again but no luck.

Figured it out tonight. This was my first vcm enhancement and it got the best of me for sure. I found that the drivetrain abuse was limited to 1600 rpm. I raised it to 8,000 and it free revs and is already making boost! Thanks for the help.
