The serial number is tied to the email address of the guy I bought it from so I can't register/ log in to HPTuners.com to download any software. I've already emailed support but never received a reply. Any suggestions?

I've seen this before and I believe you need to have the previous owner transfer the account over to you. Meaning, change the main email associated to that account to your email and give you the password.

If you sent it after 6pm EST friday night or over the weekend thats likely why.
