Connecting PLX WB Controller

I've misplaced all my documents for my PLX Devices SM-AFR controller module. Does anyone have the schematic for connecting the analog outputs on the PLX controller to the analog input on the HPTuners device? I appologize if this a repost, I don't get any hits when I type PLX in the HPTuners forum search engine.

Also, my controller is tucked up way in my dash and hard to get to. Currently I have the DM-5 gauge attached to the controller so I can see the AFR in real-time. Since I don't want to keep tearing into the dash can I safely attach the PLX controller to both the PLX DM-5 gauge and the HPTuner analog input?
