On the 2005-2008 F150s, the PCM basically infers it by looking at the 02 sensor information. I'm pretty sure the newer ones are the same way, but I cannot say for certain as I have not looked into it.

I'm curious if there is some kind of switch or something missing from the coyote's PCM vs. the F150's... Like to enable the "virtual sensor"... I see there's a bunch of alcohol tables that are and aren't filled in on the coyote. Any ideas on if filling these out will actually do anything?Originally Posted by Eric@HPTuners
