    Look @ tune

    Hi Guys,
    Can I have you guys have a look at this tune that was done by a workshop in Sydney, Australia.
    I would like to see what you all think of it and what's right or wrong with it.
    Its a 2012 Holden VE (G8) 6.0L 6spd manual.
    Mods are:
    1 7/8 long pipes
    100c cats
    3 inch cat-back exhaust
    232/236 112 cam
    Duspeed OTR
    Mafless tune

    From what I can see the PE is set rich @ 11.6(1.260)
    The High Octane Timing table looks high in the WOT area and in the Low Octane Timing table his taken about 9 degrees out in WOT area.
    The VE tables look a bit how you going in my view.
    When you take it for a drive its like a turbo, it lags off the line til you reach 4000rpm before it gets going.
    That's what I think and wondering if people think the same or have found other issues with the tune.

    Well, looking it over briefly ... its not much of a tune. Some things are done right (such as Throttle Opening Rate set to 100%) but ...
    - The MAF Calibration / Airflow vs Freq is stock, so it was never tuned!
    - Long Term Fuel Trims are needlessly disabled.
    - PE AFR Multiplier is set TOO RICH. It should be around 1.1-1.13 until about 1700rpm, then 1.16 until about 4400rpm, and then 1.177 all the way to the redline
    - PE Enrichment Ramp In should be 1 or 2 (not 0.1)
    - COT and DOD are disabled - they should be enabled if you want DOD to work (unless they swapped your cam and lifters!) If you do, set COT max enrich to 1.03
    - Timing: Looks like the High Octane Timing from the 6.2L was just pasted in. It is NOT tuned, and is NOT good!!!
    - Burst knock retard is completely set to zero - I feel more comfortable multiplying it by 0.5 instead of just setting it all to zero.

    The 'standard' things are done right, such as disabling torque management, etc, so it is not all bad ... but the stuff that is screwed up, particularly the STOCK MAF calibration and the Main Spark Table just PASTED in from a DIFFERENT engine are hurting your performance IMO given your mods.

    PE is a rich but given the cam, mafless and alot of timing it's probably fine with the lower enrichment rate.... as it will ramp upto that alot slower.
