I swapped a 5.3/4l60e into a 68 chevy short step side and deleted vats, rear O2s, that kind of thing. It started up and ran just fine, got my wideband, hooked it up and started tuning it and it never would go closed loop. I don't know what year the engine/trans is from but the wiring harness I got had the wrong connectors for the O2 sensors. I cut and soldered in the sensor plugs off the engine into the harness and I think this might be where my problem lies. I'm not getting much fluctuation at all in the O2 sensor voltage, and if I force it closed loop it just runs more and more rich until it dies. Any ideas?
In the second log I posted I forced it into closed loop, that is where it went crazy rich.
Oh, and I have a PLX wideband with the narrowband simulator running bank 1, but it seems to be doing the exact same thing as bank 2.
