I have a 11 CTSV im helping tune and I have a lean spike I can not figure out. I haven't had my hands on a ton of Gen 4 cars so this is a quite a learning curve can anyone shed some light on this issue. At 3,700 i get a lean spike and I can not track it down

my latest scan, when my duty cycle jumps, my AF goes currently on that dyno pull from 12.5 to 10. I'm lost on why the increase in duty cycle. Is it because the MAF doesn't read past 86.69?
I was making head way commanded a 11.5 through PE, AF with the wideband on the dyno is 11.3-11.5 everything was going good added a little timing back. flashed it and now my AF tanks to 10.5 til 4200 and tanks to 10 after. Heres the current tune
