Injector Issue?

I working on a tune for my 2000 Camaro running a 3 bar OS running the ford 47 lb injectors. I used the injector data from Greg's DVD and something isn't right. I have no control over the VE table, bank 1 fuel trims are negative while bank 2 are positive. If anyone can take a look and possibly point me in the right direction so I can get my car running right I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

Could have HO2S crossed or vacuum leak or inj leak, many possible issues.
