DBW to DBC help

I have 2003 silverado pcm, i wired my truck using the 2003 harness i removed TAC module and electric throttle body, truck is now wired for TPS and IAC. what would i do in pcm settings to prevent this from happening. i have harness information and pcm number if anyone interested in this mod.

the pcm i have does have the IAC driver, but before i purchase the license for 2003 silverado i want to make sure there is the option. i know the silverado has DBW but the express van was DBC.

The pcm has been opened to verify driver is installed. The service and hardware numbers are verified to support either dbw or dbc.

My question is can I unlock the more popular silverado and still have the ability to change settings from dbw to dbc. Thanks

Is there a way to ck with Hp tuners before using credits? My package just arrived and I haven't got to try it yet
