now i have dealt with tip in retard before on my old turbo honda.. but this seems to be different no matter how much i put in it never pulls the amount i want it too.. do i need to lower timing in my main and optimum spark tables inorder to get timing to be pulled.. the problem is now that i have ported my throttle body it seems that the revs stay higher when im tryin to shift even normal shifts.

say i shift at 3000 on a normal shift just cruising and i let the gas out and push the clutch down.. revs will stay up..
