06 Roush mustang rough idle and does´nt pass smog test.

I´m new to Ford tuning and Hptuners and need some help.
This car doesn´t pass smog test here in Sweden and i need som help.

Cam angle goes to 0 degress at idle and it´s then it gets rough, if i touch the pedel a little bit it goes to 40 degrees and run smooth again.

What meny control cam angle at idle?

Look at VCT Angle (IMRC Closed) vs. RPM vs. Load

You can't change cam angle on idle, it's always 0, whatever You enter there.
Is this Roush supercharged? I could not read Roush their supercharged calibration.

From tune this one looks isn't.
