    Communication Problems

    Hello, We try to reflash 2012 GMC sierra, but it cannot possible, credits are available, but a message appear, said that we need support, i don't know what is wrong.

    Are you using the latest VCMSuite software? Current version is 2.24.178. Also, probably your vehicle is not fully supported yet so you must send your file to support and wait to be fully supported the next vcmsuite release.
