Hi I just purchased a 2000 Mustang V6 car, and the theft light is blinking, and It wont start. Can the HPtuner I have for my GM car, be used to remove the PAT, or VAT so the car can run? Can anyone tell me what I need to do?

my hptuner doesnt allow me to license the vehicle it doesnt even read it but if youres does just buy 2 ford credits and license the vehicle and take off the vats
I do not see any Ford V6 vehicles listed in supported at all.

No it wont even show up on scanner, thanks I called the Ford dealer, they said being the PCM been replaced it needs a reprogram. Will have it to dealership Tuesday!
