Im asking for an 800 idle speed, fire it up desired idle is just over 1000 and slowly comes down to 838, not bad huh.. then after 45 seconds creeps up to 925ish......what am I missing????
Closed loop idle target only applies after the ECT threshold
is reached; before that it's plain commanded airflow vs what
the motor really needs, and RPM falls where it may.
Now it looks like fuel trimming has started, so maybe your
closed loop idle preconditions are met - but can't see ECT,
any idle trims, IAC position or desired airflow when I open
the log file.
If IAC has to go to zero to get target RPM, then there's
an air leak (which could include a throttle blade jacked
open or overdrilled) somewhere.
