Hey, post up your logs and tune on here. I have had trouble with my email at times. What plugs are you running and what are they gapped at?
Did you ever change pulleys, anything change on the setup?

I have installed new plugs. also still wont shift from 1-2 under WOT unless I let of the gas

What frames does the backfire happen? Try this tune, should fix the 1-2. Also you didn't answer my question, did anything change?
