96 firebird : trying to tune it

ok guys I haven't posted in forever, but ive learned quite a bit more since my last time here. posted up are a log and my tune.

my wideband isn't reading correctly in hptuners while logging? it shows only 10-12afr while my gauge says otherwise. how do I go about fixing that, its an AEM
also im new to this stuff but I understand a bit. I purchased the learn at home guide from the tuning school. it gives you a ton of valuable info. but for me its kinda hard to read something then apply it without some one saying ur going in the right direction. one question I have is how do u smooth out timing. if u check my timing it looks like a mountain range. how do I smooth it out?(besides hitting smooth section) how do I know how smooth it should be and whats the optimal amount of timing. ive read a million times run more timing until u hit KR then back off. but where should I add timing? im kinda stumped on how to adjust timing and im probly just over thinking it or something. but I would really appreciate if some one could just give me some pointers and tips. right now im trying to get this car to run right. it surges a bit im guessing from the bigger cam, also got a miss It feels like but only wen cruising at low rpm. if I romp on it I don't feel hesitation. overall the car should perform better but the tunes holding it back.

any help would be awesome and greatly appreciated!!

the car is a 1996 firebird 3.8l auto with a Abbots cam, p&p heads, full bolt ons,ect
