Any reason you took tons of timing out of your low octane spark table? and "recalibrated" the maf?

I can tell from your narrowbands you're running 14-15 AFR at WOT, way too lean (they're switching at WOT). Fuel trims are jumping around more than I like to see too. Either your maf is dirty/stuffed or fuel pressure is sagging under load, you need to check fuel pressure under load before going any further. Then dial in the maf preferably with a wideband. Pull out some timing and put the knock sensor sensitivities back to stock untill you get the fuel/air sorted, you're running close to stoich at WOT with desensitised knock sensors at the moment which is dangerous.
