    Weird converter lockup issues

I'm having issues with the converter in my swap truck not locking up with the MAF enabled.
It will religiously when the MAF is disabled and running SD but as soon as I turn the MAF back on it will lock up 2-3x after being flashed and then refuses to do so. It will even unlock while going down the road and will not lock back up.
I can command it with the scanner and it does fine but the PCM won't command it.

I've attached both the SD and MAF tunes.
Has anybody ever had this kind of problem?
Worst case I just finish the SD tune but I'd really rather have full functionality.

    Truck - SD 5.hptTruck - MAF 4.hpt
    68 Charger R/T - #'s matching 440/auto car, 499/727/3.91.
    71 SWB C10 - S488/LQ4/billet 4L80E.
    80 Scout Traveler - L92/6L80E, SOA/35's

Do you have a performance camshaft? As it will set off misfires that prevent the TCC from locking. Just max out the idle misfire tables.

The reason why the TCC locks in SD mode is because in SD mode the misfire detection is disabled.

Thanks for the fast response Russ!

Yes, it does have a large cam in it. Sorry, I should have stated that.

I have the code for misfires disabled, I guess that's always done it for me in the past so I didn't look further.
I'll give that a shot and report back.
    Thanks again!

Ramped the misfire tables up and it looks like we're in business.

    Thanks Russ!
