Wondering if it's somehow related to the version/Serial # of the hardware being used? (mine is pretty new).

I do sometimes see a "Stabiltrack" error message right after starting but not related to flashing since I haven't flashed it in over a month.. I might see it 1 of 10 startup's but it goes away pretty quick.
Can you post up your OS ID, please.

I get the delayed start/extended crank and A/C disabled message on my '12 after a flash. Let it sit and no A/C message but it still cranks a while.

    Its a 2bar MAP - Speed Density # 1250235 converted from 12637084

I don't remember exactly how it acted before I converted to the 2bar speed density enhancement... but I do know I never had to wait before starting it after a flash... but I do remember a delayed start occasionally after flashing.

My car is also 12637084, and I've also run the enhanced OS in the past, although I recently put it back to the GM OS. Behavior was the same with both.

I also ran into the same issue with an earlier 2010 with 12633056.

Any luck on this issue? My car is a mid 2010 2ss/RS with back up sensors.

Chris what does a read do that write should do in the end? What ever this resets seems to fix the issue. However, if I do not do a read after a write I have a better chance of hitting the lottery then my car starting.

Happened again today with TPS motorsports. Car would not start if my life depended on it. Had them download their last tune and it started right up. Wish we would hear of a fix.

Chris, do you think the AC warning messages are normal? I get them immediately after flashing, but she always starts after flashing... sometimes slightly delayed though. Just curious if this AC message should go away. I assumed it only pops up since the CAN bus was reset, and something lost communication.

glad to hear it, I've got plenty of guys that have been waiting on this for quite some time now
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

What was the issue out of curiosity? I only seemed to get it on cars fitted with FPCM, don't know if it was a coincedence or not.

Assuming it's fixed, there were a few changes to the internal memory layout that was causing some things not to reset properly after writing.

I'll test it when I see a known issue car next time I see it and report back. Thanks for the reply!

It's not 100% fixed. It seemed right after the first flash...but I was doing some more VE work and eventually the car started refusing to start again...so I let it sit for 10 minutes and it fired right up again.

the fact you can let it sit for a time and then it starts right away makes me think your issue might be related to hot restart fuelling or something weird. There's no reason letting it sit should make a difference apart from fuel.
