    How to scan the ecu

    How can i scan my ecu and by what way can i send it to hptuners?
    since i hab buy vcm suite nobody answer my emails and pm

    Unfortunately, none of your 3 initial posts make much sense - hence no response from people.

    Not sure if conversing in English is difficult for you - if so, perhaps ask a friend to help you post your questions.

    Once people understand what you need - help will generally follow.

    You don't send anything back, YOU are the tuner, YOU keep and diagnose the scans.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    "When you receive it, you will update to the latest software on our website, then read the PCM, and send us the file. We will have to add the file to the supported vehicles. This will take a while. It’s about 30 hours of work, and you won’t be the first in line."

    when you open the file you read from the pcm does it give you an error of some sort? ie definition failed to load or invalid vin/os pair?
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    Yes i have receive a error and send the scan to you.
    But my car will not be supported
