adjusting boost pressure and over boost

i have a saab 9-3 with the 2.8 liter engine i have been working on my tune and have a couple questions regarding boost pressure. 1 how do i adjust it? there is no table thats just boost pressure i wasnt sure if it my be controlled by the air load torque tables or the desired air load tables. Also just want to clarify something with the over boost table, it shows that at a desire of 11.6 psi of boost if it encounters a 28 kpa (about 4psi) difference in pressure it will set an over boost condition, would it make sense to say if i hit 17 psi it will see it as an overboost condition?

You'll get better responses in the LNF (4 cylinder) forums than here. I've tuned a Cobalt with similar functions and was mildly successful in terms of modifying the boost.
